WeSERV 2025 YPN 40 Under 40 Team Application

Thank you for applying for the Young Professionals Network (YPN) 40 Under 40 Award. This award represents REALTORS® under the age of 40 (before January 1, 2025) who are successful and demonstrate leadership, community involvement, and professionalism. These teams abide by the Code of Ethics and are committed to raising the bar in real estate.

Please complete the application as thoroughly and detailed as possible. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Most importantly, please be honest!

If your team is chosen as 1 of the 15 winners, you will be notified by Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

TEAM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• A total of Fifteen (15) teams will be awarded: (5) REALTOR® Teams of 2-5, (5) REALTOR® Teams of 6-10, and (5) REALTOR® Teams of 11+.

• The applicant must meet the age requirement: Born 1984 or later and be the age of 40 or under as of January 1, 2025. No member of an applying team can apply for an individual award.

• A complete list of all team member names is required AND will be verified.

• All teams must consist of active, producing salespeople.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• You MUST be a member of; (1) The National Association of REALTORS®, and (2) The Arizona Association of REALTORS®.

• You MUST have an active Arizona Department of Real Estate license.

• You MUST be doing business in either Residential or Commercial Real Estate.

• Property Management submissions must include the number of units managed and gross rent collected in 2024.

• Applications submitted and accepted by APPLICANT only.

• Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Must be final at the time of submission.

GRADING SCALE & SCORING:

The selection of finalists is based on five (5) key factors:

1) Business Success: DOLLAR VOLUME = 1 point per transaction, 50 points max. INDIVIDUAL TRANSACTIONS = 1 point per every $100,000 sold, max $10,000,000, 100 points max.

2) Community Involvement: 20 points max based on level and time of commitment.

3) Leadership: 30 points max based purely on committee or group involvement within the real estate industry.

4) RAPAC Investment: Based on contribution amount.

5) Your business practices must align with the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics.
