This course introduces Realtors to Non-QM lending and explains how these programs use a responsible\, common-sense approach to underwriting income\, assets\, and credit. Realtors learn how buyers who are often told "no" may\, in fact\, qualify for a mortgage and how Non-QM options can help clients move from renting to owning.
