In the spirit of helping boost home sales, your WeSERV West Valley Affiliates bring you West Valley Home Tours. These home tours are an excellent way to showcase your listings, network with fellow REALTORS®, build relationships, and sell homes.

All REALTORS® and affiliates are welcome to attend the tours - with or without a home on tour. Attendance for these tours is complimentary. Before attending the tours, please contact the tour coordinators to confirm that the tour is still scheduled.

There is also no cost to add listings to the tours. Listings placed on tour are on a first-come-first-served basis. Send your MLS Plano with your contact information to the coordinators at least three days before the tour.

If you haven't toured with us before, please note that everyone on tour meets at the stated tour location and tours the homes together. It allows everyone to view the houses and complete the feedback/comment sheet so listing agents can share this information with their sellers. A licensed agent must be present for each listing shown and stay for the duration of the tour. These tours are caravan-style.
